Instructions
- Begin by melting the white chocolate gently in a microwave or a double boiler, stirring frequently.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the coconut cream until well blended.
- Add a pinch of salt, and optional flavorings like vanilla or almond extract.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in shredded coconut to coat.
- Chill again for at least 30 minutes before serving.
