- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh thyme or rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjusted to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, minced garlic, and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until the cranberries burst and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the fresh herbs.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded white cheddar, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the cranberry mixture until the ingredients blend seamlessly.
- Transfer the dip into an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, and serve warm with your favorite dippers!
