- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Serve the chicken mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
Notes
