Instructions
- Slice fresh strawberries and sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar. Let them rest for 30 minutes to draw out the juices.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- In a rectangular dish, start with a layer of graham crackers, followed by a layer of cream cheese mixture, and then a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, allowing the flavors to meld and the cake to set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with a mint sprig for an added touch.
