Description
A delightful fusion of classic Italian flavors and the sweetness of sun-ripened strawberries, elevated by a rich balsamic glaze.

Scale

- Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 10–12 fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients. Rinse the strawberries under cold water, pat them dry, and remove the green tops. Cut large strawberries in half if needed.
- Construct your skewers by sliding on a strawberry, followed by a basil leaf, then a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
- Lay the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
- Grill the skewers for 1-2 minutes for a warm variation if desired.
Notes
These skewers are best served fresh, but can be refrigerated for a short time to enhance flavors.
