A delightful combination of spicy lamb meatballs served with a creamy avocado and herb-infused Green Goddess Dip.

  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh cilantro

  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Chili flakes
  • Breadcrumbs

  • Ripe avocado
  • Greek yogurt
  • Basil
  • Chives
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped parsley, mint, cilantro, minced garlic, diced onion, breadcrumbs, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form small meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on a lined baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For the dip, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  6. Serve the meatballs with Green Goddess Dip, garnished with extra herbs or chili flakes.
