- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, roughly 2 inches each.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet and drizzle with the spicy honey mixture.
- Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Bake until salmon is cooked through. For a char, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Taste the glaze before pouring over the salmon to adjust heat or sweetness.
Notes
For a vegan twist, substitute honey with agave or maple syrup. To make it gluten-free, use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
