  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, roughly 2 inches each.
  4. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and drizzle with the spicy honey mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Bake until salmon is cooked through. For a char, broil for the last 2 minutes.
  7. Taste the glaze before pouring over the salmon to adjust heat or sweetness.
