Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, chili flakes, and garlic powder to taste.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces and sauté until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Make the Honey Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, salt, and a hint of chili flakes.
- Chop the Vegetables: Finely chop the cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped vegetables, and herbs. Drizzle the honey dressing over the top and gently toss until well coated.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt, honey, or lime juice as necessary.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve fresh on a plate or in a bowl with extra herbs on top.
