- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out your pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Peel and slice apples into thin wedges, toss with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in the apples.
