Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and apple cider, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding it in gently until combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop rounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
