Description

A delightful blend of sweet and savory with chocolate, caramel, and apples, perfect for potlucks and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 medium-sized crisp apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 6 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • A sprinkle of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Start by washing your apples thoroughly. Slice them into quarters, core them, and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop your Snickers bars into similar bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and chopped Snickers.
  4. Add the whipped topping, folding gently to keep the apples and candy intact.
  5. If you’re using nuts, fold them in with the other ingredients.
  6. Finally, add a splash of vanilla and stir gently once more.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with some extra Snickers pieces or nuts.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an even creamier texture, consider mixing whipped cream cheese with whipped topping.
