- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme
- 1–2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Wash and peel your potatoes, and cut them into quarters or thick slices.
- Add the potatoes to the slow cooker, along with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, melted butter, and garlic. Toss gently to coat.
- Pour in enough broth to almost cover the potatoes, leaving some liquid at the bottom.
- Cover the slow cooker and set to low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the fresh herbs to the pot.
- Once the potatoes are fork-tender, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Avoid adding too much liquid to prevent soggy potatoes. Serve alongside grilled meats for a delightful meal.
