Description

A comforting and flavorful blend of crispy bacon, fresh broccoli, and aromatic garlic that reminds you of cherished family moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
  • Chili flakes, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Cook the bacon over medium heat in a large skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil or butter to the skillet if needed. Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the broccoli and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender yet crisp.
  5. Add the crispy bacon back into the skillet, stir to combine, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with parmesan or chili flakes if desired.

Notes

Ensure the skillet is hot for caramelization. Adjust seasoning, especially since bacon is salty.
