Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Dry thoroughly.
- Cook the bacon over medium heat in a large skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add olive oil or butter to the skillet if needed. Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender yet crisp.
- Add the crispy bacon back into the skillet, stir to combine, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve warm, garnished with parmesan or chili flakes if desired.
Notes
