Description

A delicious seafood-infused lasagna roll featuring shrimp and crab, layered with creamy Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozerrella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs (basil and parsley)
  • Baby spinach
  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente and coat with olive oil.
  3. Sauté shrimp and crab in a skillet with olive oil and minced garlic, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, spinach, and the sautéed seafood mixture.
  5. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, place a scoop of filling on cooked lasagna noodle, roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, remove foil and bake additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For substitutions, consider crab-flavored imitation seafood or scallops. Use gluten-free lasagna noodles for gluten-sensitive diets.
