- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions
- Prepare Your Seafood: Clean and chop seafood into bite-sized pieces; pat dry.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat butter in a skillet, add shallots, and sauté until translucent.
