- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini. Slice them into even rounds or wedges.
- Mix minced garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place zucchini pieces in a baking dish and pour the garlic mixture over them. Toss gently to coat.
- Spread the zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Choose young, firm zucchinis for the best results. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
