Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and lemons thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and zest one of the lemons.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons into a measuring cup, removing any seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, cucumber slices, and your choice of sweetener, muddling gently to release flavors.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold water and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
