Description

A vibrant and revitalizing drink that combines the zesty brightness of lemon with the cool crunch of cucumber, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 4 Lemons, juiced (about 1 cup)
  • 4 cups Water (still or sparkling)
  • Sweetener to taste (Honey, Agave Nectar, or Simple Syrup)
  • A pinch of Salt (optional)
  • Fresh Mint or Basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers if desired, then dice them into smaller pieces.
  2. Juice the lemons, aiming for about one cup of fresh lemon juice.
  3. In a blender, combine the diced cucumbers and half the water, then blend until smooth. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  4. Add the lemon juice and remaining water to the cucumber juice. Adjust sweetness with honey or desired sweetener.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber or lemon slices.

Notes

For a sparkling twist, top each glass with sparkling water just before serving. Avoid over-sweetening by starting with less sweetener and adding more if needed.
