Description

Delicious Reese’s Cookies filled with rich peanut butter and chocolate flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Mix in the peanut butter until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  9. Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For freezing, flash freeze on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe container.
