Ingredients

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

  • 8 oz dark or white chocolate, for coating

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.

  3. Gradually fold in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm up.
  5. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
