Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, toasted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Granulated or powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, softened butter, and sugars. Beat until creamy and uniform.
- Fold in the vanilla extract and toasted pecans until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll each chilled ball in granulated sugar or powdered sugar before serving.
- Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with variations by adding chocolate chips or rolling in crushed graham crackers for extra flavor.
