Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup) in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Top with granola, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips as desired.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
- Break the bark into pieces and serve as a snack or dessert.

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess. This can be made with alternatives like almond butter or coconut yogurt.
