Description
Delicious no-bake bars combining salty pretzels, buttery caramel, and decadent chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pretzels (mini or rod-shaped)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Crush the pretzels into small pieces or pulse in a food processor.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then stir in the brown sugar until combined.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and fold in the crushed pretzels until coated in caramel.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture into the pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
- While chilling, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled bars and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Once the chocolate is firm, slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Allow bars to cool adequately for easy slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
