Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of creamy filling and crushed cookies, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed cookies (Oreo, gingerbread, or shortbread)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
  • Seasonal spices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter and mix until evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and add optional flavorings until combined.
  3. Spread half of the cream filling over the chilled cookie base. Add another layer of crushed cookies and then the remaining cream filling. Top with a final layer of crushed cookies.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight. Slice into squares and serve cold, garnished with additional whipped cream or festive decorations.
