Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the molasses and buttermilk until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  6. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and cut an “X” on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding when tapped.
  8. Allow cooling on a wire rack before slicing.
