Instructions

  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it’s just boiling. Be careful not to let it spill over. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fill the cooled tartlet crusts generously with the rich chocolate mixture.
  4. Refrigerate the tartlets for about 2 hours to allow them to set.
  5. Garnish with fresh, sliced strawberries before serving.
