Ingredients
Scale
- 6–8 Mars bars, chopped
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups crushed biscuits or digestive cookies
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- Optional: Chopped toasted nuts (almonds, pecans), flaky sea salt, vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a skillet, melt the chopped Mars bars with sweetened condensed milk over low heat until smooth. Stir in 1 tablespoon butter and a pinch of salt, if desired.

- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. Cut into squares using a warm knife.
