  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the pretzels finely using a rolling pin or food processor.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, followed by fresh lemon juice, and mix well.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until everything is combined.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled pretzel crust and spread evenly.
