Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, drained corn, sour cream, beaten eggs, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in any extra ingredients like cheese or sautéed onions if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
