Ingredients

- Fresh yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
- Chaat masala
- Cumin
- Tamarind chutney
- Mint chutney
- Diced tomatoes
- Diced onions
- Chopped cilantro
- Diced jalapeños
- Avocado (optional)
Instructions
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet in an even layer. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the chips and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Mix yogurt with a pinch of salt, cumin, and lime juice. Prepare chopped veggies and chutneys.
- Once cheese is bubbly, drizzle yogurt over chips and add chutneys generously.
