Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat, and add olive oil or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Wagyu ground beef with minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper gently.
- Form the mixture into patties about ¾ inch thick.
- Place the patties in the hot skillet without overcrowding.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for burgers or slightly longer for meatballs.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
