- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Mix honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce to create the hot honey sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through.
- Pour the hot honey sauce over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat.
- Place cooked rice in bowls, top with the hot honey chicken, and drizzle with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy.
