  • Cooked rice or quinoa

  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is baking, stir-fry or steam the vegetables until tender.
