Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa
- Vegetables of choice (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, stir-fry or steam the vegetables until tender.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice or quinoa, topped with the vegetables and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the level of heat by changing the amount of hot sauce used. Marinate the chicken overnight for more flavor.
