- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest, then slice it.
- In the same skillet, add bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until tender.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring until heated through.
- Pour hot honey over the chicken slices and serve over the rice and vegetables.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
