- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli to the skillet, cooking until tender.
- Pour the honey sauce over the chicken and veggies, stirring to coat.
- Serve the spicy honey chicken and veggies over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
