  • 1 cup (240g) Dulce De Leche
  • 3/4 cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a tablespoon of sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then dulce de leche. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add heavy cream and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for about 50-60 minutes until just set.
  5. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  6. Garnish with a drizzle of dulce de leche before serving.
