Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz (450g) Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup (240g) Dulce De Leche
- 3/4 cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) Graham Cracker Crumbs

- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a tablespoon of sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then dulce de leche. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add heavy cream and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for about 50-60 minutes until just set.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Garnish with a drizzle of dulce de leche before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing to avoid lumps. Consider using a water bath to prevent cracking.
