- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Prep your Ingredients: Dice the onions and bell peppers, and mince the garlic. If using dried beans, soak them overnight.
- Sauté for Flavor: In a skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until they soften, about 5-7 minutes.
- Brown the Meat: Add the ground beef and brown it.
- Combine Ingredients: Transfer everything into the slow cooker and add beans, diced tomatoes, and spices. Stir to combine.
- Slow Cook to Perfection: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Taste and Adjust: In the last 30 minutes, taste and adjust spices as desired.
- Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh cilantro, cheese, or sour cream.
