Description

Ingredients

  • Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Grilled Shrimp, Chicken, Tofu, or Beans
  • Crisp Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Fresh Mint
  • Cilantro
  • Basil
  • Dipping Sauces (Hoisin, Peanut, Soy Sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your ingredients by washing and slicing vegetables, and cooking your chosen protein as needed.
  2. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable, then lay flat on a damp towel.
  3. Layer with a lettuce leaf, then add protein, vegetables, and herbs.
  4. Roll the rice paper tightly, starting from the bottom, then fold in the sides.
  5. Repeat the process, keeping rolls covered with a damp towel.
  6. Serve sliced in half with dipping sauces.

Notes

Consider adding spicy jalapeños or avocado for a unique twist. Keep the workspace damp to avoid sticking.
