Instructions

- Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable, then lay flat on a damp towel.
- Layer with a lettuce leaf, then add protein, vegetables, and herbs.
- Roll the rice paper tightly, starting from the bottom, then fold in the sides.
- Repeat the process, keeping rolls covered with a damp towel.
