Description

A vibrant and flavorful Hawaiian Shrimp Taco Bowl featuring juicy shrimp, fresh herbs, and zesty lime, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh large shrimp
  • Taco seasoning
  • Shredded green cabbage
  • Avocado
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with taco seasoning, olive oil, and minced garlic. Allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Prepare a bowl with a base of shredded cabbage.
  4. Place cooked shrimp on top of cabbage, add sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and desired additional toppings.
  5. Drizzle with your favorite sauce, such as lime crema or spicy sriracha mayo.

Notes

For substitutions, use fish or tofu instead of shrimp and switch out cabbage for kale or spinach. Add mango for a tropical kick.
