- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of bread (your choice)

- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh lime or lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Spread the frozen hashbrowns in the pan and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- While the hashbrowns are cooking, toast the bread slices until desired crispiness.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
- Once the hashbrowns are cooked, top each slice of toast with a layer of mashed avocado.
- Add the crispy hashbrowns on top of the avocado.
- Finish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
