Instructions

- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow them to cool completely before glazing.
- For the glaze, simmer raspberries and water over medium heat until softened.
- Press the mixture through a sieve to remove seeds, then mix with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spoon the glaze onto each cupcake, allowing it to drip slightly down the sides to mimic a vampire bite.
