Instructions

- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, orange zest, and juice.
- Once cakes are cool, frost with buttercream and create a spiderweb design with remaining frosting.
