Instructions

  1. Pop the Corn: Use an air popper or stovetop method to pop approximately ½ cup of unpopped kernels to yield about 10 cups of popcorn.
  2. Make the Caramel: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and corn syrup. Stir until dissolved and bubbling, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add Flavor: Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Combine: Immediately pour the caramel over the popcorn and gently toss with a spatula to coat.
