Description

Delightful and refreshing banana popsicles infused with peanut butter and dark chocolate, perfect for Halloween!


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut-free alternative
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cocoa powder
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, oats, granola, coconut flakes, Halloween-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice ripe bananas.
  2. Blend bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, and honey/maple syrup until smooth.
  3. If desired, stir in chocolate chips or cocoa powder.
  4. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks, leaving space at the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

For a textured popsicle, try swirling in fruit purees or jam before freezing.
