Delightful and refreshing banana popsicles infused with peanut butter and dark chocolate, perfect for Halloween!
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut-free alternative
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cocoa powder
- Optional add-ins: chia seeds, oats, granola, coconut flakes, Halloween-themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Peel and slice ripe bananas.
- Blend bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, and honey/maple syrup until smooth.
- If desired, stir in chocolate chips or cocoa powder.
- Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks, leaving space at the top.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
For a textured popsicle, try swirling in fruit purees or jam before freezing.
