  • 4 Medium Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Green Beans, trimmed
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella), shredded
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; cook until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Mix in cream of mushroom soup, potatoes, and green beans; stir to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
