- 4 Medium Potatoes, diced
- 2 cups Green Beans, trimmed
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella), shredded
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup, potatoes, and green beans; stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
