  • 1 cup savory gravy
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté chopped onions and celery until translucent.
  2. In a large bowl, mix stuffing, sautéed vegetables, and optional add-ins like mushrooms or nuts.
  3. Pour gravy over the stuffing mixture, stirring gently until moistened.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and add to the mixture, combining well.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  6. Scoop stuffing mixture into muffin cups, packing lightly and filling to the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
