Description

Ingredients

  • Shallots

  • Butter

Instructions

  2. Sauté finely chopped shallots and minced garlic in butter until translucent and fragrant (4-5 minutes).

  4. Fold in the seafood and stir until just cooked.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and white wine, bringing to a simmer. Add fresh herbs and adjust seasoning.
  6. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish, topping it with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
