Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set, and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill dough for 30 minutes before baking. Avoid overmixing the dough to keep cookies tender.
