  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  7. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set, and centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For thicker cookies, chill dough for 30 minutes before baking. Avoid overmixing the dough to keep cookies tender.
