Ingredients

- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 2 green apples, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 8 flour or corn tortillas
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tortillas into triangles.
- Brush melted butter over the tortilla triangles.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the tortilla chips.
- Bake the chips for 10-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Dice the fresh fruits and combine them in a bowl.
- Add lime juice and optional cilantro, then gently toss.
- Let the salsa sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve the salsa with the tortilla chips.
