Description

A refreshing and easy summer appetizer made with cucumbers and creamy feta cheese, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh cucumbers (English or Persian)
  • Creamy feta cheese
  • Fresh herbs (like basil or dill)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, marinated artichokes, smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh cucumbers, feta cheese, herbs, and any additional ingredients you desire.
  2. Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice them into rounds or half-moons, about 1-inch thick.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into cubes similar in size to your cucumber slices.
  4. On each skewer, alternate between cucumber slices and feta cubes. Add herbs for an aromatic touch.
  5. Arrange your skewers on a serving platter, then drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing experience.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for best flavor. Fresh cucumbers and block feta cheese work best for texture.
